2018 Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Inductions

On May 28 2018, the Victorian Government held their Annual Manufacturing Hall of Fame Awards at Crown Palladium.

Marand’s Executive Chairman Mr David Ellul and former Business Development Director Mr Tony Ellul were formally recognised for their leadership and excellence in Victorian Manufacturing.

David and Tony’s father founded the Australian manufacturing and engineering company in the late 1960’s. In 2009, the company was inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame.

After being presented the award David and Tony joined the host of the event – Channel Nine’s Alecia Loxley – on stage for a fireside chat discussing their time at Marand and what the award meant for them. Mr David Ellul attributed success to a strategy of continually “invest in your people and give them opportunity”.
