Once approved, detailed technical specifications are drawn and delivered by our design team. With expert capabilities in various CAD packages, high tech modelling, three dimensional modelling, digital assembly floor manufacturing and using a process that complies with ISO 9001, they will model and match the machine to your specifications.

The team also undertakes any software programming needed to customise your application and create a flexible operator interface and environment.

Ongoing Support

Marand's technical support continues after installation with:

• On-site maintenance, repair and replacement services provided on a 24 hour basis
• Planned maintenance provided during shutdown periods

Outstanding Rebuilding Facilities

Marand technicians can de-commission and remove your existing equipment and conduct the refurbishment at our facilities. We will grind or scrape your equipment to better than original machine tolerances, assemble all components and programme control systems.

Should your equipment require parts or components that are no longer available these can be re-manufactured at our facilities prior to refurbishment.

Our technicians will then re-commission and reinstall the equipment at your location.
