1999 – achieved "QS 9000" accreditation for Auto Industry contracts
1999 – gained "BRITISH AEROSPACE" accreditation - part 1 & 5 global supplier status
1999 – awarded "Panasonic Robotics" agency
1999 – won "Automate Best New Product Award" for Panasonic robotic welding cell
design & safety integration
1999 – won the Victorian Government's inaugural "DesignTech Engineering Excellence Award"
2000 – gained "Civil Aviation Safety Authority" (CASA) accreditation for Aerospace industry contracts
2000 – achieved "TIER 1" supplier status to the Auto Industry
2001 – commenced "Total Manufacturing Solutions" (TMS) Marand's Standard Machine Tool Sales

2001 – awarded "SNK, OKK, OM & Kuraki Machine Tool" agencies
2001 – formed "Atlas Rail" company then acquired a 100 year old UK Machine Tool company
(Atlas Engineering). Relocated engineering & manufacture to Australia and commenced
exporting Innovative CNC Machine Tools to Global Rail Industry
2001 – won "Ford Australia Gold Supplier Excellence Award"
2001 – awarded "KUKA Robotics" Master Distributorship & System Integrator for Australian Market
2001 – gained "BOEING/HdH" component manufacturer approval
2002 – won "Manufacturing Hall of Fame" award from Victorian Gov't
2002 – gained "ISO 14001" Environmental Accreditation
2003 – awarded "Takasawa Machine Tool" agencies
2003 – gained "AIRBUS" approval for Tooling Design & Manufacture
2003 – won first "F35 Joint Strike Fighter" Support Equipment Contract to be awarded anywhere
in the world by Lockheed Martin USA
2003 – accredited to "ISO 9001-2000" Quality Management Standard
2004 – won second "F35 Joint Strike Fighter" contract to place a senior Engineering/Automation
Consultant within the CS & E IPT at Lockheed Martin's "Skunk Works" in Palmdale,
California USA.
2009 - Achieved AS9100 accreditation for Aerospace activities
